Technical Description: – The noise may be traced to the engine under-shield. The star washers that retain the sound absorber mat to the under-shield may have relaxed and not maintained proper clamping force. Status: – TSB JLRTB02065NAS1 will be published to address this concern by replacing the star washers with speed nuts to better clamp the damper pad. PRINTED COPIES ARE UNCONTROLLED 32
