The Indian Motorcycle Odometer Change Notification
Form is required for models that store odometer
information in the Instrument Cluster. After an
Instrument Cluster replacement, the miles will reset to
zero. Prior to removal and replacement of the Instrument
Cluster, make sure the mileage of the vehicle is
documented.
IMPORTANT
The Odometer Change Notification Form needs to be
completed to provide documentation of actual mileage.
Failure to do so will prevent transfer of ownership in the
future.
Three copies of the form need to be made:

ECM REPLACEMENT
For models with miles stored in the ECM, copying miles
from the old ECM to the new ECM has been
incorporated into Digital Wrench. This is performed in
the background as part of the ECM programming
process. No actions are needed to copy the mileage from
the old ECM to the new ECM.
• One copy for the customer
• One copy for the dealership
• One copy submitted to Polaris

odometer readings. Contact Tech Service if you have
