Workshop findings:
The following DTC may be stored in the engine control module (ECM), J623 (address word 0001):
 DTC P060C00 (Internal Control Module Main Processor Performance) with symptom 30924.
Technical Background
This is a rare occurrence and is caused by the sensitivity of the diagnostics software in the ECM, J623 (address
word 0001).
Production Solution
Updated software is being developed.
Service
1.
Delete DTC P060C00 with symptom 30924 in the ECM, J623 (address word 0001).
2.
Explain to the customer that a solution is forthcoming for the 3rd quarter of 2021 and that no repairs are
necessary at this point. Do not replace any components for this condition since this will not resolve the
customer’s concern.
3.
Create a PSS record in the PSS application through the Pending Service Solutions (PSS) link in
AccessAudi (under Related Links >> Service), or through the Technical Assistance page in Elsa.
