Issue
A new full range misfire feature has been introduced. This feature allows the engine to detect injector misfire across the entire
operating range of the engine.
Symptom
Additional instances of Fault Codes 5895, 5896, 5897, 5898, 5899, 5911, or 5914 caused by increased sensitivity of the misfire
diagnostics.
Verification
If there are active or inactive counts of Fault Codes 5895, 5896, 5897, 5898, 5899, 5911, or 5914.
Resolution
Follow published troubleshooting.

Full Range Misfire Detection
If any injectors are removed or replaced during the repair, verify that the complete Fuel Injector Reset is properly performed. See
L9 CM2450 L126B Service Manual, Bulletin 5613077. Refer to Procedure 006-026 in Section 6.
