Bulletin No.: Service Bulletin Date: 20-NA-114 December, 2020 INFORMATION Subject: Information on False Setting of DTC U0212 Brand: Model Year: Model: CT4 CT5 Cadillac Escalade Escalade ESV Corvette (Middle East Export Only) Chevrolet to 2020 2020 2021 2021 2020 2020 2021 2021 from Engine: Transmission: All All to Suburban Tahoe Yukon GMC VIN: from Yukon XL Involved Region or Country North America, China, Europe, Cadillac Korea (South Korea), Middle East Additional Options (RPOs) Vehicles equipped with STEERING COLUMN LOCK-ELECTRICAL (N06) Condition Technicians may find DTC U0212 set in the IPC, BCM or CGM. Cause The cause of the condition may be that DTC U0212 is a false reading that mapped incorrectly on vehicles equipped with RPO N06. Correction Technician is to ignore DTC U0212 setting and diagnose as DTC U0236. Parts Information No parts are normally required for this repair. Warranty Information For vehicles repaired under the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage (Canada Base Warranty coverage), use the following labor operation. Reference the Applicable Warranties section of Investigate Vehicle History (IVH) for coverage information.
