DESCRIPTION: If changing wheels on a Polestar 2 it is important to ensure that the correct wheels are installed on the front and rear axle. Polestar 2 use staggered wheels for better driving performance, the rear rims are 25 mm (1 inch) wider than the front wheels and also have a slightly different rim offset. The 20” Performance rims are already marked with “Front wheel” and “Rear wheel”, see picture 3. But for the standard 19" and 20" rims there is no such marking due to lack of space on the front side, and it become more difficult to know which rims are intended for the front and rear axles. * For standard 19" and 20" rims, markings “REAR” and “FRONT” was added in the rim spokes from 2021 week 06 (approx chassis No. 23700), see picture 5.
