Technical Service Bulletin 26-19-01 - AdBlue® Warning and or MIL ON - Ad Blue® Leakage at Reductant Injector Transaction No: 2039436/12 Release date: 3/18/2021 The following fault code may also be stored in the ECM Fault Memory: DTC Description P20E8 Reductant Pressure Too Low Technical Background Welding process issues of the reductant line connector to the supply line may cause AdBlue® leakage at the reductant injector. Production Solution Improved parts implemented into production. Service Inspect the connection of the reductant supply line connector at the reductant injector in the engine compartment. If white crystalized (dried) AdBlue® is found at the reductant injector (see Figure 1 & 2), it will be necessary to replace the reductant supply line. Figure 1 Figure 2 Thoroughly clean the area of the reductant supply line connection with water to remove the crystalized AdBlue®. Replace the reductant supply line.
