They may rotate around the retaining scrivet and come in contact with the rear tires, causing a rubbing noise. CAUSE: Retention loads lower than expected. ACTION: Follow the instructions below. PARTS: NOTE: Only install a new air deflector if the original air deflector is damaged or missing. DESCRIPTION JLRTB02043 - Air deflector modification SRO TIME (HOURS) CONDITION CODE CAUSAL PART 99.01.16 0.2 DS T4K9937/T4K9936 NOTE: Normal Warranty procedures apply. SERVICE INSTRUCTION: 1. Raise and support the vehicle (see TOPIx Workshop Manual section 100-02: Jacking and Li ing - Description and Operation - Jacking and Li ing). Vehicles that require a new air deflector only 2. Install the new le air deflector. Secure the 2 retaining clips. Measure and mark the position on the le air deflector for drilling, as shown in the illustration. 4. Remove the le air deflector. Remove the retaining scrivet. Release the 2 retaining clips. 6. Install the le air deflector. Secure the 2 retaining clips. Secure the 2 retaining scrivets. 8. Repeat steps 2 to 7 for the right air deflector. 9.
