DTC P144B-00 is stored in the PCM.

This DTC can be caused by a blocked or disconnected purge line or by insufficient
vacuum generated by the venturi in the intake tube.
Inspect purge lines for proper routing and ensure the lines are connected.
Inspect the venturi on the intake tube for any damage or cracks on the exterior
mounting of the unit.
Inspect the internal venturi unit for any damage and proper seating.
The venturi design has changed for 21MY. If these DTCs are present for 21MY,
please also ensure the correct venturi design is installed.
Internal inspections may require removal of the intake tube and/or inspection
with a mirror or borescope.
