Navigation Voice Control does not function
Technical Description:

System language incorrectly set to “UK English” not “US English”

If a customer has issues with the Navigation voice commands, please check the
System language setting first. If the system language is set to “UK English” the
Navigation voice commands will not function.
The “Feedback Accent” can be set to British English if the customer desires a
British accent from voice prompts.
Please verify the system language is set to, “US English” when completing step
11 of the PDI (Configure the vehicle to market and set Customer/Retailer
options.)
