A customer may report poor air flow from the rear face vents located in the back
of the center console.
Technical Description:
–
For models with 4 zone climate control only, the air vent ducting in the center
console may have been incorrectly positioned during manufacturing.
Status:
–
–
SSM 75300 has been published to provide repair guidance to correct this
concern.
Service Action H343 is going through sign-off to proactively address this concern
on affected vehicles.
