PIT5813A SES MIL AFTER LOW BATTERY OR BATTERY DISCONNECT

Service Engine Soon MIL with P00FF and either B2B2F, B2B29, B2B2C, B2B23, B2B26, B2B09, B2B05, B2B06,
B2B07 or B2B08.
Cause:
Low Battery or previous Battery disconnect may cause these DTC's to set.
Correction:
If you receive a case of a 2021 Envision with an SES MIL with P00FF and either B2B2F, B2B29, B2B2C, B2B23, B2B26, B2B09, B2B05, B2B06, B2B07 or
B2B08.
Please inspect if the battery was recently disconnected or was in a low state of charge.
Inspect if the vehicle went through a recent BCM software ash.
These codes can set during these low voltage conditions or BCM ash event.
Please clear codes and test operation of the HVAC system.
If no further issues occur, DTC's were likely a result of the battery condition.
If any HVAC actuator DTC's return.
1. Perform a battery reset (approx. 20 min) and con rm HVAC function after reset. (Proceed to next step if DTC remains current).
2. Con rm if vehicle has the latest BCM calibration level, if not then proceed to update. If the vehicle is up to date, then do not re ash.
3. Refer to the GDS2 tool and command an actuator relearn through the tool. (Proceed to next step if DTC remains current).
4. Remove actuator and reinstall same actuator(Only for Right Temperature and Air Inlet Actuators. For Left Temperature and Mode Actuators proceed to
next step). Command HVAC faceplate to control the actuator and con rm door movement (Proceed to next step if DTC remains current).
5. Replace a ected actuator(s) (if necessary) with new hardware.
