This is to inform you that the following action will be closed:
Special Parts Collection 69BD / Head Curtain Airbag
•
As of April 30, 2021 the 69BD code will no longer be visible in ELSA.
•
Audi has collected a sufficient supply of head curtain airbags to satisfy the collection
requirements. No further head curtain airbags are needed under this program.
•
In the event you have any vehicles scheduled for airbag replacement under this code,
please reach out to the customer to cancel the appointment. No further airbag
replacements should be performed.
•
All outstanding claims for 69BD must be submitted in SAGA by May 31, 2021. After this
date, claims will no longer be accepted in the system and no further payments will be
made.
