Overview
Due to a system error, there is a possibility that some of the threaded connections of the shock
absorbers on the front and rear axles of the a ected vehicles were tightened several times contrary to
speci cations.
As a result, the durability of the relevant threaded connections cannot be guaranteed.
For this reason, the a ected fastening screws must be replaced and tightened according to
speci cations. On vehicles on which the front axle is a ected, the bearing brackets must also be
replaced.
Please arrange for this measure to be carried out on the a ected vehicles immediately.

Porsche Mobility
If requested, the mobility of the a ected customer can be assured by o ering a suitable replacement
vehicle.
Please invoice this additional service with the campaign scope via WWS.
Invoicing of any additional costs incurred as part of the AMA8 recall campaign:
Costs for transporting the vehicle
If required, the vehicle can be collected from the customer and transported to the Porsche Dealer.
If costs are incurred, these can be invoiced under part number AMA80000001 in the campaign claim
for the AMA8 recall campaign.
Please attach a copy of the invoice to the campaign claim in WWS.

If a mobility requirement arises for the customer during the campaign, this can be covered in
