APPLIED VEHICLES: 2014 Q50 (V37) Models equipped with AWD only 2014 Q50 Hybrid (HV37) Models equipped with AWD only APPLIED VINs and DATES: Vehicles built before the following VINs and dates: Q50 AWD JN1BV7AR(*)EM 695677 / Sept. 30, 2013 Q50 Hybrid AWD JN1AV7AR(*)EM 702170 / Sept. 30, 2013 IF YOU CONFIRM: The vehicle information display stays ON with the message “Warning No Key Detected” (see Figure 1), Even though Ignition is OFF, doors are closed, transmission is in Park, and the Intelligent Key is removed from the vehicle. Figure 1 NOTE: • The above condition, if left for several hours, may cause the 12V battery to be discharged. • If the 12V battery is discharged, perform repairs as needed (charge battery, replace battery, etc) before continuing with this bulletin. ACTION: Perform A/T POSITION ADJUSTMENT per the Service Manual. • In the TM section of the Service Manual, go to A/T POSITION, and perform the ADJUSTMENT procedure. • Make sure the incident is resolved. CLAIMS INFORMATION Submit a Primary Part (PP) type line claim using the following claims coding: DESCRIPTION PFP OP CODE SYM DIA FRT A/T POSITION ADJUSTMENT (1) JX26AA ZE 32 0.3 (1) Refer to the electronic parts catalog (FAST) and use the A/T Control Lever part number (34901-*****) as the Primary Failed Part (PFP).
