REAR BRAKE SQUEAK NOISE
APPLIED VEHICLES: 2012 -2014 EX35 and QX50 (J50)
2012 -2014 FX and QX70 (S51)
2012 -2014 M, M Hybrid, Q70, and Q70 Hybrid (Y51)
2012 -2013 G37 Sedan (V36)
IF YOU CONFIRM:
The rear brakes squeak when braking while the brakes are at normal operating temperature
AND
The applied vehicle is equipped with single piston rear brake calipers.
ACTION:
Replace the hardware on both rear brake calipers with the kit listed in PARTS INFORMATION below.
NOTE: Machining of the rotors is not necessary.
Refer to the Electronic Service Manual (ESM), section BR-Brake System, for removal and installation.
