ACTION Install Insulator onto power steering oil pump assembly with Service Procedure starting on next page. See your Infiniti retailer to determine if this applies to your vehicle. 1/4 SERVICE PROCEDURE Power steering pump cover 1. Remove the power steering pump cover to access the power steering pump motor housing. Lift power steering pump cover vertically to detach two integral clips. Figure 1 2. Clean the area where the adhesive will attach (Figure 2, highlighted in red). Use 50% isopropyl alcohol and water, and a clean cloth. Attach the Insulator onto the end of the power steering pump motor housing (Figure 4). Figure 4 5.
