Repair Bulletin: This repair bulletin provides instructions on addressing a noted condition or possible customer concern regarding
the operation of Tesla vehicles. These instructions should only be performed by trained professionals.
Condition
On some Model Y vehicles, the color of the red band that surrounds the LH and RH taillights do not match because
the vehicle has Revision D for the LH taillight (Figure 1) which has a darker tint, and the right side has Revision C
(Figure 2) which has a lighter tint. This is only a cosmetic issue that does not affect the performance of the taillights.

Correction
Inspect the vehicle for a color mismatch of the taillights. If a color mismatch is present, replace the RH taillight with
Revision D.
