Communication regarding possible missing drain hole in base plate or lower corner post. Water may build up inside of the post, and in freezing temperatures, this may cause the post to bulge. The communication is an inspection request.

ISSUE: DRAIN HOLE POSSIBLY MISSING IN BASE PLATE OR LOWER CORNER POST.
1. IF HOLE IS PRESENT IN EITHER LOCATION NOTHING ELSE IS NEEDED.
2. IF A HOLE IS NOT PRESENT THEN A 3/8" HOLE IS SUGGESTED TO BE DRILLED IN EITHER BASE PLATE BELOW
CORNER POST OR AT BOTTOM OF CORNER POST JUST ABOVE WELD TO BASE PLATE INSIDE SURFACES ONLY.
