We are pleased to announce a new distance learning for June, called Performing SB 21-007, Carbon Buildup
with Misfire DTCs, which is now open for enrollment. There is no charge to participate and it requires zero travel.
Released on April 30th, service bulletin 21-007 addresses random or single-cylinder misfire concerns on 2015-2020
Fit models. Part of the corrective action involves cleaning the intake ports of any carbon buildup using a media blaster
(carbon cleaning tool).

In this online, instructor-led session, technicians will learn how to properly set up the carbon cleaning tool and how
to properly clean the intake valves. Each session is 30 minutes.
Distance learning sessions are being offered to (job code 0030) Repair Technicians. These distance learning
sessions are hosted by live instructors from the Honda training centers.
This distance learning will be available from June 1st to June 30th at the following times:
Eastern Time:
9:30am – 10:00am
11:30am – 12:00pm
2:00pm – 2:30pm
