Technical Service Bulletin Notification TSB #16-031
Dear Valued Jayco RV Dealer:
Jayco has determined that certain Model Year 2017 Octane V2 Super Lite travel trailers require
replacement of the axles. An engineering change from over slung axles to under slung axles was
not made during manufacturing.
Our records indicate the following unit is currently part of your inventory and requires the
bulletin repair prior to being sold. The Bulletin Parts Kit ( 2 axles and 1 attaching kit) is
shipping direct to your Dealership for this unit. ORDER IS NOT REQUIRED:
Serial number
The coverage period for this Technical Service Bulletin is for one (1) year from the release
of this notification. (October 2016- October 2017). If you have sold this affected vehicle,
please contact the current owner regarding this Service Bulletin and process the Warranty
Registration. All pertinent information regarding this Bulletin is on file under the Service and
Parts Tab of Jayco Partners. If you have questions regarding this Service Bulletin, please contact
