DESCRIPTION:
Headlamp cleaning pump part number 32262083 are no longer available. For vehicles built before
structure week -20w45 follow advice under Service.
For vehicles built after structure week 20w46- order part number according to VIDA.
SERVICE:
The temporary solution is to order HLC pump part number 32328240 and re-pin the wires to the HCL
pump according to the description attached in this service journal to change polarity of the pump.

FINAL SOLUTION:
New HCL-pump will be introduced for vehicles built before -20w45.
This issue is present until February 2021 or as long as this SJ is in effect.

Before repining pink TPA need to be opened by moving it to the right.

Push the tool in to one cavity and in same time push on the related
cable from same cavity

When tool is in the bottom and you feel click
than pull the wire

When one terminal is out repeat activity from slide 6
and 7 on the second cavity
Before plugging adjust the terminal wing by slightly pull it up. This to be
able to keep the retention force of the terminal
OBS! If wing will be broken terminal need to be exchanged.
Currently cavity 1 is having BU/WH cable. This one shall be pushed in to cavity 2.
BK/GN which is in cavity 2 shall be added in to cavity 1
When terminal are in position make push pull. Than insert the
TPA and again make push pull on the wire.
This to assure that there is no unseated terminals. See next slide
