Extension of Warranty Coverage for Frame Corrosion
2005-2008 Tacoma Frame Repair – Brake Line Update
A Brake Line used in certain 2005-2008 model year Tacoma frame replacement repairs has changed.
Part Number: 47323-04160 (TUBE, RR BRAKE, No. 3)
In a previous Dealer Daily (published Feb. 26, 2018), we notified that the new brake lines for this repair will have a
white mark as indicated in the photos below. We received notification that these brake lines with a white dot
should not be used.
For this Brake Line ONLY, please use the chart below to determine which brake line should be used:

For any parts that should not be used, we request that dealers return current in-stock brake lines at your dealership
to the facing PDC (Part Distribution Center). We are quickly working on stocking inventory of this new part, and expect
