Alternatively, the following procedure will help to identify the required steering-column switch:
•
•
•
•
Tools:
Search for the steering-stock switch installed as "standard" in the Porsche Electronic Parts
Catalogue (PET) with the vehicle identification number (VIN) filter 1 activated.
If the suggested spare part already contains the I-no. QH1 (voice control): Order this part 2 .
If the suggested spare part includes the I-no. QH0 (WITHOUT voice control): Take note of other
I-nos. of the suggested spare part.
Search for and order new spare part with the same I-nos. INCLUDING NEW I-no. QH1 (voice
control).
1
If the VIN filter in the PET does not work, the standard steering-column switch must be used via the
I-no. in the Porsche Central Service System (PCSS).
2
Background: This spare part can also be installed in vehicles WITHOUT voice control = variant
reduction in spare parts systems.
