A cycle of the ignition clears the fault message.
Technical Description:

A technician may find PSCM DTC B1304-04 stored interrogating the vehicle with
PATHFINDER with internal fail code 0112 stored.
Status:

This issue is currently under investigation. Do not replace the steering gear for this
concern.
SSM 75358 has been published to provide guidance and request an EPQR be
submitted with specific requested information from the vehicle..
