A customer may report that the exterior door handle does not fully retract in the
flush position in freezing temperatures. (This does not affect door latch
operation.)
Technical Description:

TSB JLRTB02041NAS3 has been published to address this concern. Please note:
all 4 door handles should only be replaced when the criteria of the TSB is met.

The door issue related to this TSB has been addressed in production at the
following VINs: RR Velar = MA301206, RR Evoque = MH131144 and I-PACE =
M1613540.
Door handles built after the assured VINs should not be replace unless the guided
flow diagnostics leads to this change.
The guided flow for door entry system 9360 is now live and includes deployable
handles.
