One or more of the following DTC(s) may be stored in the rear lid control module J605 (address word 006D): DTC B113E29 (Closing assistance Range/Performance). DTC B12E015 (Rear lid closing assist motor Open circuit/short circuit to B+). DTC B113E07 (Pull-shut asst. mechanical malfunction). Technical Background The following failure modes can lead to this customer concern: 1. The internal clutch of the closing assist motor can be blocked due to a dimensional deviation. This failure mode could cause DTC B113E07 to store (Figure 1). Figure 1. Blocked clutch due to a dimensional deviation. 2.
