Technical Background
The customer may report that the temperature display goes to 72°F after the vehicle has been shut off for 20 minutes
or more. This is the normal default condition of the HVAC control module for the eGolf system. If the customer prefers
to have this disabled you can change the default setting to maintain the last set valve by following the following
procedure.

 Under the control modules list select “08- Air Conditioning” and enter “Guided Functions”.
 In Guided Functions select “08- Calibration” and press “Perform” button.

 Select button for “Adaption Channel 5-Switching On Behavior”.
 To set the last set value to be stored select button 2- Activated.

To verify setting has been changed Select Adaption Channel 5 once again.
 The current adaption should show “activated” Select cancel to maintain the setting.
