Wipers only operate on one speed and unable to change wiper speeds
Cause
Logic locked
Correction:
Place wiper stalk switch to the o position.
Disconnect the battery and wait at least one minute.
Reconnect the battery and wait at least one minute.
Clear all DTC's and wait at least one minute.
Test for proper operation of the wiper system.
