If you can duplicate the DTC, the troubleshooting will take you through the step-by-step process in isolating the faulty component. In most situations, the SRS Unit should be last on the list of components to replace. Here is a quick tip for troubleshooting a faulty seat weight sensor. Disconnect all seat weight sensors and clear DTCs. If the DTC does not reappear then replace seat frame/rail. NOTE: If you are not fully replacing the seat frame and are using a known good one, always find a vehicle with the same trim level. Swapping seat frames with different trim levels may result in the same DTC condition and cause confusion. © 2021 American Honda Motor Co., Inc. – All Rights Reserved Page 1 of 1
