Cummins Inc. has launched field actions that may affect your Model Year 2016 ISL G CM2180.
The parts and labor for these repairs will be provided to you at no cost:
Our records indicate that the Cylinder Head Intake Valves on your engine may be eligible for
extended warranty repair for 10 years / 435,000 miles, whichever occurs first. Extended warranty
is set to expire on April 20, 2026.
Retroactive coverage is being offered for this repair. If you previously paid for repairs to the
Cylinder Head Intake Valve(s), you may be eligible for reimbursement. To start the reimbursement
process, please contact Cummins Care and have a copy of your invoice available or information
related to where and when the service was performed. Retroactive coverage is set to expire on
April 20, 2022.
