Remote Pairing
Purpose:
This bulletin provides instructions for pairing mixer system wireless remote to wireless system receiver.
Notice:
• This bulletin should be read and understood in its entirety before performing this procedure.
• All procedures outlined in the bulletin must be performed by skilled service personnel. Refer to the product
service manual for descriptions of maintenance procedures.
Procedure:
Perform following procedure from vehicle’s driver seat.
1. Locate wireless system receiver under left-hand side of dash, see Figure 1.

NOTE
Pairing plug may be installed in receiver
pairing connector or it may be located in side
storage compartment.
2. Install pairing plug in receiver pairing connector, see Figure 2.

3. Remove wireless remote from storage cradle, see Figure 1.
4. Turn vehicle ignition ON and make sure Mixer Switch Panel Wireless Remote ON/OFF switch is turned ON
(green LED illuminated), see Figure 3.

5. Turn vehicle ignition OFF.
6. Rotate wireless remote stop button counterclockwise to make sure stop button is up and not activated, see
Figure 4.
7. Press and hold buttons 1 and 3 together until remote wakes up and beeps once, then release buttons. See
Figure 4.
8. Turn vehicle ignition ON.
9. Press remote ON button once to turn remote on, see Figure 4.

When Oshkosh logo disappears from LCD display press and hold ON button, wireless remote will beep 3
times indicating remote is in pairing mode and connected to system receiver.

Release ON button when pairing begins. Pairing is complete when there are four lines of text on wireless
remote LED display.

Press OFF button when pairing is complete to turn wireless remote OFF, see Figure 4.

WARNING
Make sure vehicle and area around vehicle
are clear of personnel before starting
vehicle. Failure to comply could result in
serious personal injury or death.
13.
Turn vehicle ignition ON and start vehicle.
14.
Press and release wireless remote ON button to turn remote ON.
15.
Verify wireless remote operation of mixer functions, see Operator Manual section 1.4.1.8.
16.
Press OFF button to turn wireless remote OFF, see Figure 4.
17.
Turn vehicle ignition OFF.
18.
Install wireless remote in storage cradle, see Figure 1.
