1. Apply fleece adhesive tape D 373125A2 to the areas
marked in yellow in the images at right (Figure 1, Figure 2,
and Figure 3).
Cover the entire edge indicated by folding the fleece tape
over the edge.

2. Apply special lubricating paste G 052141A2 to the areas
shown in blue in the images at right (Figure 1 and Figure 2).

3. Use the VAS 5155 to apply plastic adhesive D 180KU1A1 to
the weld points of the door panel (Figure 4 and Figure 5).

4. Apply sections of self-adhesive felt strip 533863288A to the
window regulator cables in the areas shown (Figure 6).

5. Apply 2 pieces of sound absorber 4D0831539D in the areas
shown (Figure 7).

6. Apply a piece of duct tape to the speaker connector as
shown (Figure 8).
Apply the tape in such a way as to isolate any possible
vibration from the connector, but not so tightly that the tape
compresses the connector lock.

7. Apply insulation strip material 8E0831575A to the points of
contact between the window regulator cables and the door
shell as shown (Figure 9, Figure 10, and Figure 11).

proper dampening.

8. Apply sections of fleece adhesive tape D 373125A2 to the
tabs of each rear loudspeaker trim (Figure 12).

9. Repeat steps 1 – 8 for the other door.
