There will be two options for ordering Winter tires in Canadian markets:
Individual tires can be ordered directly through your Polestar TireLink account.
Complete mounted kits must be ordered via email at the email address below:

Please make sure that your email contains the following info:

Retailer code

Retailer name

Contact person and number for the Service Point
•
Delivery location (complete address with postal code)
•
Part numbers and quantities
•
P/O reference number or customer name reference
•

All assemblies are shipped out of L’Assomption Quebec, therefore shipping time needs to be taken
into consideration (e.g. up to 7 business days for Vancouver)

You can fit 4 kits (16 wheels on a skid). Please think about this when placing orders, this helps to
keep shipping costs low and reduce waste.
New car orders/volumes are increasing quickly, so it would be logical to keep a small inventory of the
kits. The new car sales mix is about 33% Performance and 66% non-performance. It is recommended
to have a minimum of 2 Performance and 4 non-performance kits in-stock at all times.
