The customer might complain about the following:
· Transmission does not shift (This complaint can happen at any speed)
· Transmission does not shift into reverse.
In both cases, the vehicle will go into limp home and can be driven to the Workshop.

Remedy
If a concern occurs, contact product support
Bearing cap replacement part A 247 371 17 00 is blocked, because replacing the bearing cap does not resolve the
concern.
