Condition
Some customers may have a Service Safety Restraint System message accompanied
by an airbag light on dash and the technician may nd B1A7A in history. They may
also comment about the right rear dome lamp not working.
Cause
Additional diagnostic features were added to the 2022 MY Overhead Console and
the hardware / software design is inadequate to properly implement the
diagnostics on the Passenger AOS Display LEDs. This software may also not be
compatible with the level of rear dome lamps.
Correction:
Engineering is working on a solution, no not attempt any repairs at this time.
