Background
American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (AHM) is searching for certain 2018-2021 Accords with a customer complaint of the windshield wiper inop due to detached linkage. To
better understand the cause of this condition, AHM would like to inspect the vehicle before you attempt a repair of any kind.
Qualifiers
AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirement:
1. Must confirm that the wiper linkage is detached.
2. No prior repair to the wiper linkage.
3. No repair has been attempted for this issue.
