Customerr Voice:
- Customer concern will be a failure to restart after an Eco-stop.
This may be interpreted as a stall, but the ignition will also turn off.
Technicall Description:
- DTC code that will be stored will be P162F.
Status:
- PCM software is being created to resolve the issue. Timing= March
(Pathfinder or OTX TBC)
- Customers can continue using their vehicles if they choose, but
eco stop must be disabled to prevent the risk of the issue occurring.
