As part of our ongoing continuous improvement we had placed the (BCM) Body
Control Module used in the 2020-2021 Cadillac CT4, CT5, 2021 Escalade, 2020-2021
Chevrolet Corvette, 2021 Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon, and 2021 Buick Envision on
restriction. The restriction has ended.
Cause
Root Cause Analysis
Correction:
General Motors Technical Assistance Center part restriction on 2020-2021 Cadillac CT4, CT5, 2021 Escalade, 20202021 Chevrolet Corvette, 2021 Tahoe, Suburban, GMC Yukon, and 2021 Buick Envision Body Control Module has
ended.
We would like to thank all dealers who participated in this restriction for their cooperation.
This Body Control Module can now be ordered through the regular GM CCA parts process or PQC process for
required dealers (Canada).
Use the vehicle identi cation number (VIN), SI, and the GM Electronic Parts Catalog to determine the correct part
to order.
