2021-2022 Bronco vehicles built on/after 12-Aug-2021 equipped with hard top roof or vehicles
repaired under Customer Satisfaction Program 21B49. Submit photos of hard top roof concerns that
require part replacement for any reason using web-based PTS or Mobile PTS Report a Vehicle
Concern function. For payment, use labor operation SUBPHOTO for reimbursement. The hard top
roof is enhanced to meet standards expected by customers. To ensure long-term supplier quality is
maintained, Ford is seeking immediate dealer feedback on customer concerns.
