If the inner actuating mechanism for the rear door opener needs to be replaced, the new
component to be used from now on will (always, irrespective of requirements) have a switch for the
central locking system installed ( Removing switch for central locking system -item 2-).
The switch for the central locking system is not required when using the rear inner
actuating mechanism and must be replaced accordingly by a trim cover (958.555.247.02 left/958.555.248.02 - right), see  Workshop Manual '577819 Switch for central locking system'.
