Technicall Description:
- Possible sticking coolant pumps

Perform Diagnostics for Overheat (TOPIx 303-03C)
PCM software has been released to resolve the issue.
(OTX TBC)
Verify coolant pump is stuck by verifying PCM DID 05DB
(Coolant Pump Position Sensor Voltage) does not go below
3V when vehicle is fully warm (coolant temp 90C+).
