As part of our ongoing continuous improvement we had placed the Long Range
Radar Module used in the 2020 Cadillac CT4, and CT5 on restriction.
The restriction has ended.
Cause
Root Cause Analysis
Correction:
General Motors Technical Assistance Center part restriction on 2020 CT4/CT5 Long Range Radar Module has
ended.
We would like to thank all dealers who participated in this restriction for their cooperation.
This Long Range Radar Module can now be ordered through the regular GM CCA parts process or PQC process
for required dealers (Canada).
Use the vehicle identi cation number (VIN), SI, and the GM Electronic Parts Catalog to determine the correct part
to order.
