Some 2021-2022 F-150 vehicles may experience a Stow Work Surface Before Driving message
displayed in the instrument panel cluster (IPC) even when the work surface is already in the stowed
position. This can be corrected by replacing the work surface switch (ML3Z-16B572-A) that is now
available separately. This switch allows the concern to be corrected without the replacement of the
entire center seat back assembly. For claiming use causal part 16B572 and M-time.
