Symptom/Vehicle Issue: Rattle Noise From Door
Customer Complaint/Technician Observation: Rattle or buzz noise from door area
while driving or opening and shutting.
Discussion: Inspect the door cavity for debris. This will require removal of the door
panel and door carrier plate to inspect the cavity. Refer to 23 - Body / Doors - Front /
PLATE, Carrier / Removal and Installation. Inspect door components for any damage
or missing components including door check. Perform any necessary repairs and
assemble the door.
