Case Number: S2108000137 REV. A Release Date: March 2022 Symptom/Vehicle Issue: (CEL) Check Engine Lamp, (ABS) Anti-Lock Brake System, And (TCS) Traction Control System Lamps On Customer Complaint/Technician Observation: Owner complains the ABS and TCS and CEL warning lamps are on. Technician observed multiple DTC’s relating to wheel speed sensors setting as stored or active for the right front, left and or right rear, C0034-1D, C0037-1D, C003A-1D, C0034-1D. Repair Procedure: Inspect the XY291A, 34-way black connector looking for spread and or damaged terminals for the involved wheel speed sensor circuits. Use the appropriate terminal connector repair kit as needed to repair. If no conditions identified at the inline connector, inspect the harness as it routes to and near the battery tray. Inspect the harness for any signs of contact areas at the battery tray, repair any harness damage per harness repair guidelines and isolate the harness as needed from the suspect contact points.
