If the complaint clearly occurs in the portion of the exhaust shown below, reduce the tension on the exhaust
system:
1. Loosen the mount (Figure 1, A) at the rear of the exhaust system.
Figure 1. (A) Mount. (B) Tighten mount
with pliers.
2. Tighten the mount (Figure 1, A) while pressing it together with a pair of pliers (Figure 1, B).
