Concern:
The HVAC fan speed pop-up box may be stuck displaying
on the HLDF display screen only after adjusting the HVAC
fan speed.
Cause:
A software concern is currently being investigated by
Content
Jaguar Engineering.
Correction:
If the pop-up box is stuck on the display, rotate the HVAC
fan speed control knob one click, up or down. The pop up
box for the fan speed will then resume normal operation
and time out off of the display. Do not replace HLDF parts
or submit any FREDs. A further communication will follow
once a robust fix is developed.
Please submit EPQR's for all customer reported cases.
