Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment Q3 2022 All Digital Instrument Cluster Condition Customer states: • After turning on the ignition, the message “Audi pre sense: fault. Please contact service” is briefly displayed on the instrument cluster (for less than one second). • The pre sense functionality of the vehicle is at no time impaired. Workshop findings: No relevant DTCs are stored. Technical Background A software bug in the instrument cluster may cause the warning message to be shown without cause upon startup.
