On Audi e-tron GT vehicles manufactured within a specific period, the user cannot be
created/selected in the MMI due to a software issue.

REPAIR AVAILABLE – June 16, 2022

Repair instructions available in ELSA/ServiceNet

Update the central electrics control module (BCM).


Check daily campaign open inventory report or OMD for affected vehicles in
inventory
Repair every affected inventory vehicle before delivery to consumers.

There will be no parts allocation for update.
